Return/Refund and Exchange Policy

Returning a defective item...

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made via our online RMA request form (see form below) within 5 days of receiving your order.

NOTE: If it has been longer then five days and you notice a damaged bag we can no longer help you and you must contact the manufacturer Everest Trading Corp directly regarding their lifetime warranty.

Returning a non-defective item...

Items returned to us that are NOT defective (i.e. buyers remorse, ordered wrong size or color & etc.) will be refunded for the entire purchase price minus our actual cost to ship and $3.00 for handling...this includes items that were $50.00 or more and shipped for free (we cannot refund our cost for shipping/handling). NOTE: All returns are solely at our discretion and may require a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanging an item...

If you would like to exchange an item you must fill out the form below within 5 days of receiving your order. Once you have filled out the form below we will send you a RMA number and return instructions. We cannot send out the new bag for exchange until we have received the original item of purchase. Items that are returned for an exchange will be charged or credited the difference plus shipping and $3.00 for handling.

There is NO refund on custom orders including orders that have had embroidery or screen printing.

Note: You must have a valid RMA # before you return or exchange anything to us. Items returned to us without authorization may not be refunded. NOTE: All exchanges are solely at our discretion.
